Our pricing has since changed. For updated pricing, please visit our pricing page.

We’ve got something we think you’ll enjoy.

Recently, we sat down to think about how we can improve the pricing model for our customers. We came up with the following objectives:

  1. make it simple;

  2. make it scalable;

  3. make it accessible; and

  4. not go out of business.

So for you, our friend, we have done the following:

  • removed the concept of plans;

  • removed all minimums;

  • made the pricing decrease automatically as your volume increases; and

  • made all features available to all customers.

We don’t force you to start sending a tiny number of emails to start. You can send as many legitimate, non-spam emails as you want from day one.

No more decisions about which plan you should choose, no more fretting if you are getting all available features, no more paying for unused capacity with monthly minimums…all of the email goodness you expect from Mailgun.

You can estimate your monthly pricing with the calculator below or on our pricing page. We have kept existing customers on their current plans, but if you want, there is an easy way to upgrade to the new pricing in the My Account section of your Mailgun Control Panel. None of your configurations will change, you’ll just get the new pricing on your next invoice date.

Upgrade Your Account To New Pricing

For new customers, we have aggregated our free and paid signup flow to remove another decision point. You can choose to pay when you sign up or start playing with Mailgun and add payment information later.

Of course, there are limits for the free accounts (we’re not THAT generous): a limited number of emails per month, 5 domains and 2 day of log retention. Once you add payment information there are no limits for emails sent or received, you can add up to 1,000 domains and you get 30 days of log retention.

If you need more domains than that or longer log retention, feel free to reach out at support@mailgun.com and we can discuss further.

Happy Sending! Mailgunners
